Bahama Breeze is an American restaurant specializing in Caribbean-inspired fresh seafood, chicken and steaks, and tropical drinks. Most locations are in suburban retail districts and in tourist areas.

History

Founded in the 1990s by Darden Restaurants, Inc., their first location was in Orlando, Florida on International Drive. Today, there are 23 Bahama Breeze locations throughout 19 states in the United States.
   In Darden's fiscal 2006, Bahama Breeze had sales of $166 million with an average of $5.2 million per restaurant.
